I started Willow Journey Wellness because I deeply believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and right for them. If you find yourself feeling stuck, uncertain about your relationships, or simply trying to better understand who you are and what you need, I’m here to offer compassionate support.
My approach is both gentle and holistic, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside Somatic experiences to help you reconnect with your inner self and foster meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and relaxed environment where you feel welcome to explore deep, significant insights about yourself. Together, we’ll work toward healing and growth that truly honors your unique path and personal journey.

I subscribe to the power of the mind-body connection and holistic practices to achieve healing. Have you ever felt stress in your shoulders or anxiety in your hands? That’s the mind-body connection! I encourage you to tap into your body and offer somatic and behavioral tools to complement our talk therapy work. Therapy is collaborative. Together, we’ll create a welcoming space for partnership and growth. You’ll guide your own care, and I’ll provide support as you work toward your goals. I practice from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive mindset that honors your dynamic personal history.
My approach is warm and empowering. Because of my background as a fine artist and yoga teacher, I’m able to bring creativity, movement, vulnerability, and even humor into sessions. I work closely with folks experiencing life transitions, emerging adulthood, changing relationships, and low self-esteem.
I’ve also worked with survivors of gender-based violence, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and PTSD. We’ll dig into your past experiences to get to the root of your struggles and plant new seeds that lead to personal growth. As a result, you’ll gain a healthier connection with yourself and more joy in your life.

Utilizing an integrative approach I work to help you better understand the ways your environment, systems, relationships, and past are contributing to your current experience. This information then allows you to make more intentional choices aligned with your personal values and goals. My goal as a therapist is to help you build confidence in yourself.
No matter what brings you to therapy, I would be honored to hear your story. I would love to meet with you to see if we are a good match. I am particularly attuned to the disabled community, and am a disability justice advocate. I proudly welcome clients of all races, ethnicities, sexual identities, genders, and abilities. I can’t wait to speak with you!
