We keep a running waitlist and start a new group cycle when enough interest is available. All groups are done by telehealth and require participants to have access to technology and a quiet place to participate.

If interested in any of the following groups in the future, please let me know of your interest and general availability. Once a group has 4 interested participants, I will work to schedule a time that works for everyone.

Unstructured Groups:

**Unstructured groups are focused on community and support. These groups may have a general topic for each week, but do not have set activities and are focused on community building and providing each other with support*. If enough rolling interest remains, these groups may be open (new group members can start anytime). There is a minimum 4 week commitment to an unstructured group. If interest drops below 5 people at any given time, the group may suspend*

- Domestic/Intimate Partner Violence Support Group ($30/session)

- "After Infidelity" Support Group ($30/session)

- Mindfulness/Meditation Group ($30/session)

Structured Groups:

**Structured groups are psycho-educational and based on an evidence based curriculum. These groups are still focused around community but have specific topics, activities, and therapeutic activities assigned every week. These groups may also have homework assignments for participants. By committing to a structured group, you commit to a minimum of 16 weeks with the group.**

- Seeking Safety (for trauma recovery) ($75/session)

- Helping Women/Men Recover (for substance use) ($75/session)
